Speciality Instructor - prerequesites
to start training for most speciality Instructor courses You have to:
- be 18 years of age
- be PADI Assistant Instructor or have completed your IDC/OWSI program within last 12 months
(Divemaster for Emergency O2 provider and Digital Underwater Photography)
to apply directly for most speciality Instructor courses You have to:
- be 18 years of age
- be PADI Instructor
- have certified 25 PADI certifications
- have 20 dives in speciality area you want to apply
When these are met can You start your training which is like all PADI Courses performance based meaning that when all performance requirements have been met You can apply for your PADI Speciality Instructor certification.
Remember still like no training makes you ready - just gives tools to start geining experience. You can stay under my umbrella and get more experience if You want to.
